"Lots of issues for what’s supposed to be a really nice hotel that I was excited for.
Bathroom was not cleaned properly (fingerprints on frosted glass door and pubic hair around the toilet floor). We upgraded to a corner room and the AC did not work properly. It’s a large room with one small AC vent that blows towards the window rather than the rest of the room. We asked for a microwave at one point because we brought food back to the room and we were told they didn’t have any because it was a...

My experience at the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas was extremely disappointing.
The staff was terrible—unprofessional, mentally incompetent, and completely unable to provide basic customer service. The bathtub in my room would not drain properly, causing water to pool every time it was used. This should have been addressed long before guests were assigned to the room.
The worst part of my stay was that nobody informed me that the luggage storage area closed at 7:00 PM....

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
