"came in and there was a huge line to check in, was advised to come at 4PM, than was asked to do mobile checkin, which i did at 4PM, system said room can be within an hour, so agreed to 5PM, at 5PM, system showed checkin time 5:45PM, anyway decided to stand in the regular line (not the mobile check in), used the time to write a message on the app, and got a auto response that said "sorry for the delay, please write us a feedback"..., around 5:30PM (2.5 hours from 3PM the check in time), got in front of a staff member, and when I said this is so wrong, the staff member immediately said, he just check in people and if i want i can write to the management, as this is usual... Internet in the room is at a fee (i do not remember when last time was asked to pay for Internet), got 1 battle of shampoo for the entire 5 night stay... they never thought to bring another one... i checked out at 11AM sharp, and left the room at 11:10AM... in these 10 minutes was asked twice when I am leaving.... so 2.5hours delay in check in is OK, but 10 minutes checkout is not...
i travel all the time and spend allot of time in hotels, never wrote a bad review... this is my first! horrible experience."
