"Bathroom was filthy; big balls of hair behind the bathroom door; only had towels/washcloths one day, was told it was my responsibility to let the cleaning staff know by 9:00 a.m. (went to Dollar Store to buy our own towels and washcloths). The smell on the 1st floor hallway was terrible; it reeked of urine. Will not stay there again!"

"The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs."
