"All went well. carpet in the room at the main door and bathroom door was freyed and loose. Also tile in bathroom was broken down behind the door. workmanship in bathroom tile was bad. Everything else was fine. Jim Keller 105"

The staff lived the friendly code because they were so good about talking to us and helping us find special places to go and things to eat and how to get there! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue"

"First night, our fridge didn't work. Our sheets wete dirty and ripped. They didn't do our rooms until I had to go downstairs and asked. We had little kids so obviously it was hard to keep them quiet and still. We were told to be quiet or we would need to leave. 1st of all they placed us on 3rd floor. Which they knew in advance we had kids ages 1 and 5. We were not the only ones who had kids and or pets. And we never complained because as parents we know its hard to keep kids still or not make...

"Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...
