"The beds are extremely hard! Keep in mind that I like hard beds, but these were ridiculous. I think sleeping on the floor would have been better. I am a side sleeper and literally had to move at least every 3 minutes (that’s being generous), even my 60lb 10 year old couldn’t fall asleep. There are no where near enough outlets and the few that they do have are in odd places. The tub was dirty and the water pressure sucks!"

"Check in did not go well. We came in very late from a delayed fight. 2:30 am. They had difficulty finding a room for us. At first they were saying there was no room available, a room I had prepaid for and would not have gotten a refund for if we had not made it in that morning. They finally found a room that was empty but listed on the computer as not available. They sent a worker up to check to make sure it was clean, they said it was and we got a room at 3:00am. "We arrived on a Friday. There was plenty of parking. Front desk was fast and easy. They offered us whichever floor we wanted. We choose to stay on the main floor. The room was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The only thing was the shower handle was hard to turn and the toilet surprised us with it's powerful flush. In the morning we had breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, pancakes, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc... It satisfied all of us. The property sits...

There should be a brief explanation on parking because it's very confusing on where to park when arriving because you need to go in first to get a room key in order to park in the hotel ramp. But, the hotel is in a great location. Went to Arlays bar/grill which is right around the corner and they shuttle...

"We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling! 5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗"
