We were overjoyed with the warm welcome from Cici at the Front Desk, who did a fantastic job making us feel special and even upgraded our room. Nabila, who is a trainee, has also learned quickly and provided great service. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Montigo, and what truly made it memorable was the wonderful staff who took such good care of us. A special thank you to: Kiki – Housekeeping Riyan – Concierge Irma – Restaurant Manager Kristina – Dining Concierge Coco – Decoration Wulan – Front Desk Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Montigo for making our anniversary celebration so special and memorable. Hotel is also close and within walking distance from the reopened and revamp mall, which mean good dining options. Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"
