"Our room was quite comfortable and slept well. There was no noise in adjacent rooms or the hall and we were next to the elevator. Very nice. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Much more than the hotel we stayed at the night before which was not a Hampton so a plus when we look for future stays we’ll consider Hamptons over other hotel chains."

"Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. "Listen... Lina in the office was INCREDIBLE. She deserves both sides of her pillow being cold every night. HOWEVER....... When we got there, the first night, we were told our room was damaged by guests prior and we needed to switch rooms for the night, which is understandable. We were even upgraded for that night and got the 3 bedroom cottage which was amazing. Right across the street, a lady tried to break into this truck that was parked and threatened a man with a butcher knife. We chose to...

"Clean room, breakfast was good, but bathroom floor was all cracked and could see toilet pipes"

"The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The rooms could use updating especially the pillows, bring your own. The only problem we had was the air conditioning control was locked and we could not control the temperature. Water park and restaurant were nice and convenient!"

"One of my favorite Hilton hotels due to the amenities and the staff. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and very helpful when checking in and checking out. They always have the Customer first attitude. I stay at the Gulfport I 10 every time I come through Gulfport Mississippi. I highly recommend them."
