"The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." "Check in was lengthly due to a $2 transaction(utility fee), followed by a $75 transaction(deposit), then scanning of all occupants ID. All of this after I booked online using the same credit card. Seems excessive and inefficient and streamlining the process would be helpful. Also removing ashtrays from door entrances, and addressing that they don't close completely, would be appreciated and prevent cigarette smell from entering the building."

"Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!"

"Front desk was very nice and helpful. We rented 2 rooms. The rooms need a deep clean. In one of the rooms the table was dirty with cup stains and it smelled like refrigerator. The other had a rusty ugly looking refrigerator, the front door didn’t close completely flushed and you were able to see inside the room. And it also did not lock properly. The front stated there were no other rooms. Both rooms had water running in the tub so that was very annoying. Will not be staying here again."
