"It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare"

"We weren't expected by the reception we received. The hotel was a hovel. It smelt, was grubby, cold and in disrepair. We couldn't stay! There was no reception area, so I texted them to stay we couldn't possibly stay there and deposited the keys into the broken key deposit bix by the front door. I've asked them not to take payment so fingers crossed. Really dreadful."
