"When I booked there was only 1 review posted from what I can now only conclude was an idiot. Of course this is Student accommodation, but don't be put off. It is brand new, spotless and as I found out ideal for a solo traveller. I booked it for a football match at Wembley and the location could not be better. Loads of food outlets, supermarkets, bars . The shower was spotless, you get a small kitchen with plates & utensils. Fridge and microwave. The price per night it was amazing. The greeting...

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. What really tipped me over the edge was how the mattress was missing a mattress protector to help prevent bed bugs. The apartment could also do with some black out...

"Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!"

"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "
