"Our stay didn’t start out the greatest due to the gentleman working the front desk acting like we were bothering him by checking in. He was quick to get us checked in but was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The room felt clean for the most part, the linens were clean and bathroom was also. But staff need to pay greater attention to detail. "It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way."

"Don’t get in the room first floor by the pool and outside door a lot of noise all hours. Hotel did not have fresh towels available each day and I was only there two days. Remote to tv did not work walked to front desk they didn’t have batteries for it. So no tv. There were other loud noises but the hotel doesn’t have control over but walls must be thin."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. Breakfast during the week was very disappointing (only oat milk for coffee, only turkey sausage, no waffles). But Saturday and Sunday the breakfast buffet was very well stacked."

"There was an issue with the toilet and they gave us a plunger but absolutely didnt resolve the issue, so going to the bathroom was an issue the entire stay, they didnt offer to mive us to another room nor did they try and compensate us for the inconvenience."

"In the past two years, I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and I have never encountered such a quality establishment as this one. The room is excellent. The bathroom is excellent. The fixtures, top-notch. Even the water pressure in the shower lol… The staff are equally amazing. Shannon, the assistant manager, is par excellence. "Lots of road noise all night so the area is loud. The outside is a little run down but the rooms are like new and super clean."
