Manisan restaurant dihotel menyenangkan,, dikelilingin oleh pemandangan sawah. Sayang sekali , gordyn yang untuk penutup kamar mandi,, berbau tidak sedap seperti bau lembab,, dan jg extra bed yg kami pesan kayaknya ada tungau karena anak sy setelah tidur di ranjang itu,, keesokan harinya gatal gatal"

We had a butler pool villa - absolutely exceptional and the staff are amazing! They can’t do enough for you. The area is perfect - close to all the attractions you might want to see when in ubud! "This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port. The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks. "Omg this olace is incredible. I’ve never been anywhere like it. It’s gorgeous and the rooms are luxurious with their own private pools. The food and breakfast is delicious and the smoothies too! More than anything the staff is incredible I felt totally taken care of and always greeted with a smile and helpfulness. Gusti is truly a gem he helped me immensely on my solo trip. I hope to return there soon. Also super convenient and just gorgeous "

"Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery.
