"This is a really nice place to stay, however there is no fridge in the room and no laundry on site. But those are the only bad things about it. There is a bus stop close by that is not that far of a walk."

"Conveniently located in the centre of Sanbach with easy access to shops etc. A large free car park and EV charging were a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was weighted towards hot cooked food and the cold buffet poor, it needs more fruit, yogurt, croissants and more interesting breads."

Dog friendly but if you don't have dogs, don't worry, there is absolutely no sign dogs have ever been in the rooms, no lingering dog smells etc. I've stayed here twice and on the second stay was in a room facing the road. I'm a light sleeper but wasn't woken by the traffic at all. There's no Aircon in the rooms but you are provided with a fan so be aware if you run hot. "This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."
