"This property is convenient for Warwick and has a large car park. However the room was very basic - uncomfortable beds and outdated pine furniture, a cracked and peeling lampshade and tiny TV. The main problem for us was the road noise. It is right next to a busy and fast road and the noise in the room was just terrible. We were booked for 2 nights but left after the first one as we practically didn't sleep. The staff/owners of the property were just LOVELY and couldn't have been more helpful....

"Very nice quirky hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was yummy snd freshly cooked. Staff pleasant the hotel is very small with rooms upstairs. A very narrow set of stairs to the rooms. Ours was on the third level and it was hard to get our bags up. I would stay there again but i would take a small bag with what i needed to the room and leave the suitcases in the car. Street parking. Just what i imagined an English pub to be. Lovely "

"Great location for exploring Burford. Hotel rooms are lovely but some areas a little tired. Unfortunately we had slightly louder guests above our room and footsteps/talking can be heard pretty clearly. Other than that the food was lovely in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and staff very friendly and welcoming. "
