"Upon arrival reception was excellent, our room was ready for us and having stayed there before was pleased to see the rooms were recently been refurbished. Our room contained everything for our stay."

"You cannot reserve a carpark place but we had no problem getting one whenever we returned after a day out. Room was great and even had a fan supplied for this hot spell food menu was good and our meals were great. Perfect base for visiting local area and lovely town and river walks for evening strolls."

"Beautiful property in a beautiful village. Very large beer garden, large bathroom with a bath (instead of a standard shower). They provided a fan to partially compensate for lack of A/C (during a record breaking heatwave), but wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if ever in South Yorkshire. Easy FREE parking."
