"This is an older property in an older area of Edmonton however the property is very well maintained and clean. Our room had new looking beds and was very big and clean. It was also really quiet at night which was great. We stayed there due to its close proximity to the Stadium so we could Uber over and back. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would stay there again."

Gym was good - better than expected
Problem was the room they gave us clearly had a bad mess before us. Totally smelled of cleaner plus whatever they tried to clean up. All night.

"Felt like we couldn’t enjoy the pool as they always had swimming lessons in the pool for children. We had to switch rooms the first night there as it was so hot in our room and the thermostat to turn down the heat wasn’t working. It is quite a busy hotel with only one elevator so waiting to come or go took quite a bit of time."

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."

"Our bedsheets had stains on them, staff told us their not dirty it's just stains from chemicals when they wash them. The bed and pillows was uncomfortable, my neck was broke when I woke up. Shower has no water pressure.

"Positives: good breakfast and helpful front desk staff. Good sized fridge in room.
Negatives: There were no functioning ice machines on any of the guest floors- had to go to front desk for it. There was some kind of tissues or paper shoved into plastic cover plates on the ceiling in the room. No microwave in room. Coffee station in room wasn’t stocked. Washroom sink backed up in short time while washing hands or brushing teeth. No USB or phone ports on power outlets/lamps in room."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"
