"The seemed old and worn. Everything needs updated. Our room had a odd smell to it as if it needed airing out. It needs to be updated. Carpeting in the hallways looked grimy. I will not be staying there again."

Just a brush off like he couldn’t be bothered. Booked through Expedia, the hotel charged me 5.99 for “Data Service” after the trip, but no mention when I checked in."
