"Overall the stay was okay. Checking in and paying cash was a problem for the night manager, he was extremely rude and not welcoming. Bed was terrible, but room was spotless. Extremely clean, the rest of the staff over the next few days were good. Talked with the marketing manager and the GM about our issues with the night manager, they went above and beyond to try to make up for it. (We stayed there to meet someone to purchase a puppy. The hotel ended up mailing us a toy basket for our new pup...

"Cleaners took previous sheets and shoved them under top mattress as far as the room goes when it comes to pictures posted they look “similar” but I promise they are more run down than that. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I feel staff could have cared more."

"We arrived and were told to park in a certain parking spot, but that if someone was in it, just park somewhere else, that they didn't police it (what's the point of having assigned parking). The place is old and tired (rotting siding, balconies need staining, etc.)and looks it. "Room was noisy the ac make loud noisy did not sleep. The toilet keeps running and the shower was gross with not shampoo. They did not have the room we selected and the receptionist did not see any we found out when we get to the room . We selected a king size bed and got two queen . Again did not slept. "
