While the room was fairly clean and comfortable, it would have been good to have been made aware of the construction and renovations ahead of time. There is zero security at the property and it is completely open to the public which, as a single female returning to the accommodation late at night, I found daunting.

Location was great, parking was great, but every thing else was poor to ordinary. The place was under renovation with no real reception and access was through the fire escape wich was accessible by the public 24/7. We had to change rooms named although the the second room was fully renovated it was done on the cheap. Do I recommend this place .. in a word No

Sadly, I wasn’t informed that the entrance to the hotel was being refurbished so I was surprised to have to enter through a fire escape door quite late at night when I first arrived. The room was clean where seen but there was an item of clothing under the bed along with a lot of dust, discovered only when I did a last check of my belongings before I left. However, the hotel is very conveniently placed between Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour with all the major sights walkable or via Wynyard station just across the road.

The onsite manager was amazing my entire trip and so helpful. The accomodation is amazingly located in Sydney. So easy to get everywhere from here. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very happy with my stay. Would absolutely say again. Btw if you want to use the laundry in the basement make sure to have some $2 coins ready.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, 2 mins from Bangaroo and 10 mins from Circular Quay by foot. The reception is under renovation so getting into the building requires navigation of a number of short staircases for the time being. The apartment was well appointed, clean and have been renovated very recently.

The room was nicely updated but the furniture was sparse. In talking with the manager we found out that they were in the process of renovating all the rooms. Once that was done they would start replacing and upgrading the furniture. The reception was also being renovated so we had to walk down a flight of stairs and then up another. We found out later that you can walk out through the carpark without using stairs. The room was very clean and the location was good. It is right by Bangaroo, an upscale neighbourhood. Circle Quay was less than a mile away and except for one hill an easy walk.

Entrance was like a dungeon - under construction and very little security (no key to enter and no security personnel). Room was freezing - heating unit barely worked. Only cleaned our room once, on the fourth day. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.
