"Large room, nice free parking quiet most of the time"

"It's been renovated fairly recently and looks pretty good. The AC works very well, and kept my West facing room cool. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The staff I interacted with were not only attentive and helpful employees, I felt that they are genuinely nice people. It sits right next to the freeway onramp so you'll hear that, but traffic dwindles to barely anything the later it gets at night. "I had the worst experience here. I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said my reservation was there but hadn’t been paid. He said Expedia had taken the money from my account but hadn’t sent the funds to them. He said he canceled my reservation and would have no trouble getting a refund. He said I would have to pay out of pocket. I gave him my card and conveniently their card machine was down and could only accept cash. I knew that it felt super sketchy.
