"The only high point is the easy Thruway access. Have stayed at many Wyndham hotels over the years, this was by far the worst experience. Bathroom in the room was filthy, washcloths and towels not replaced between guests, the small travel bottles of shampoo and conditioner were 1/3 full, not replaced ..."

"Room was large and fairly clean, bathroom not so much. Bed and pillows pretty comfortable. Just an overall feeling that I didn’t want to touch anything. Breakfast was sparse but ok. Check in was good and friendly staff. Lobby looked nice."
