"On one occasion, a maintenance worker opened my bedroom door while I was resting. After the incident I informed the reception staff, they changed my room because of a leak in my room To my surprise, in the next room they moved me to, there were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't rest."

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...

"The suite room is spacious, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Room full of outlets and lights. Everything was clean. The full kitchen is A plus, it has all the things you need, even a dishwasher and food disposal to keep it clean. My family enjoyed our time together very much and we thank the great staff and service. My only problem was that the location was so close to the airport. But if you are a heavy sleeper it's ok."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

"Guests in the room beside mine were throwing a party well after midnight. There was music blaring, yelling, screaming, banging. I called the front desk twice within an hour and the party was not shut down."
