"We have stayed here in the past and this property never disappoints! Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. My only complaint would be they need to have hot chocolate available next to the coffee counter in the lobby year round. "Staff was excellent. I was very disappointed with my room. The bed was soft and the location was not desirable. They put me right next to the fitness center. I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby."
