"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. "Glamping sites are very close one to each other so you can hear all other guests loudly. Resort doesn't have curfew or noise rules and most of guests doesn't seem to understand that camping noise is more disturbing than in hotel room. In summary, the resort is great but dont expect calm nights of sleep. Street "motorbike" noise can also be hear at night. resort should implement curfew at one point."
