"Everything was really nice but we seemed to have a mild fruit fly problem in our room. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was substancial and good; not just packaged food. There was hot eggs, sausage and two types of diy waffles as well as fruit options. My young nephews enjoyed the pool. And the 10pm pool closing allowed them to burn some energy before bedtime."

"You could have told us before we booked (indeed, even before we checked in!) that the main restaurant and the spa (the two amenities we looked forward to) weren’t open for the first two days of our three-day stay."

"Unfortunately, we were there during refurbishing the main building, but our room was very clean, and updated. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was more elaborate than expected and the staff that prepared the food was wonderful. Food was always stocked, warm, and tasty. The entire area was super clean. Check in was easy and smooth. We were very pleased with the area, many food restaurants choices for every palate within walking...

"Definitely not what I expected because the pictures were not what it really was. Definitely needs a good paid job and remodel. Says it has a snack bar/ deli bar area there wasn’t. Got a kings size bed and only had 2 pillows in it. The bed was not at all comfortable. The refrigerator did not work and the tv looked like it was going out. Had multiple people come to the door saying they got kicked outa their room from the other person. Definitely did not feel safe there. The ac had to be turned all...

"It was fine for the price."

"Upon arrival I was a bit concerned because the property sits right on a main road and is surrounded by congestion. Then when we made our way to our room I was even more concerned due to the state of the hallways, which looked gross and unwelcoming. With all that said everything greatly improved when we walked into our room. The room was clean, the beds soft, and the amenities were excellent. We will definitely stay here again. I would recommend sprucing up the hallways as they do not match...

"stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again."
