Parking and accessing the hotel from the parking garage was not optimal. Everything else was as expected and enjoyable. Comfy bed, ample space and a nice bathroom were the highlights.

The hotel was convenient and the shuttle was prompt. I liked that update text messages are sent about the location of the shuttle & the remaining wait time. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Murano
The best place to stay in Tacoma. I love this hotel, and the staff really went out of their way to help my son when they really didn't have to. Always my first choice when I am there.
