"The shower was so backed-up that I could not take a shower. There was not toilet paper roller for the toilet paper. You had to reach behind you to the window sill to find the TP. The closet door was broken, off its rollers. The TV and Heater remotes did not work / bad batteries. The floor had huge stains. The blankets had stains and smelled."

"For a older casino the room and facilities were very well maintained."

"Our first room was not clean at all there was hair everywhere on the carpet along with food crumbs. Had the GM meet with me so that he could see for himself. We were moved to a different room which was nice and clean. Found out that the phone was not working ugh!!"

"The staff were phenomenal especially Stacy. The room was rather small and kinda disjointed. The shower was great, with the highest water pressure I have EVER felt in my entire 68 years! Nothing even remotely close. All that being said… THE ROOM WAS DARK!!! Only 1 hanging light and 2 end table lights, all 3 with incredibly ineffective lightbulbs. I just happened to have 2 flashlights in my truck which we used constantly just to see into the clothes drawers and anything we needed off the dresser. Not sure I would stay here again because of the lighting issue alone."

"My wife and I are usually tight on a budget, but decided to spend a little more because of the location of this place, and we were both amazed at how wonderful everything was! The room that we got had its own little kitchen and the bathroom was a good size! There are multiple businesses that are within walking distance, and you're right next to a beach! Totally would book again."

"Casino was very slow on the Sunday we went. Hotel room bathroom floor had dirty spots on it. Door to room wouldn't fully close. Staff made us wait while on phone for five minutes. Extra charge of $20 for parking was unacceptable."
