"Rooms were not clean. AC DID NOT WORK AT ALL and the rooms were soooo hot. Had lots to do in hotel but everything was mostly closed and you had to pay to use the saunas. There were lots of ants in and around the pool."

"Good location close to Narita. Smaller room and maybe slightly older but well maintained. Close to train station and convenience store as well as many restaurants around the location."

"The bedding cover was terribly stained. The carpet has an old smell. Staffers were very kind and helpful. Location can be difficult if you push a heavy luggage from train stain to the hotel. There is free shuttle to airport, better with reservation. "

"Very convenient location close to the station, with restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets all nearby! The room was also spacious, so our child could stay comfortably and relax freely during our trip."

"A perfect airport hotel, has professional staff, loads of facilities and excellent bus service to/from the terminals. Lacks atmosphere, but perfect for an airport stop over. Restaurant seems expensive, we took the bus to the terminal and ate at a restaurant there for half what the hotel charges."
