Best Western Pontypool Metro Hotel
Very friendly attentive staff at check in and breakfast service. The room was spotless, large shower cubicle, excellent hot water and good water pressure, with Dove products provided. Well lit car park, conveniently located near major roads. Healthy options for a working breakfast.

What we expected after reading the reviews. We needed a place to stay for two days of hiking and the pool was a bonus. The jacuzzi isn’t warm enough and most of the jets don’t work. My accommodation at James's Place was perfect for my needs. Modern and stylish design. Fresh and clean throughout. Nice touches such as Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. Great information shared about the local area. Would highly recommend 10/10

First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property ...
