"Horrible service. Tried for several hours to reach main desk at the hotel before check in and no one ever picked up. Expedia help desk was unable reach anyone as well. No response to multiple messages. Horrible experience!! Should be booted from the Expedia application."

"Worst stay ever. We checked into the room and found bed bugs walking on the bed. Immediately walked down to the lobby and was moved to another room. The bed springs has someone’s puke stained, it was absolutely nasty room. I would never recommend this place. If the rooms are this nasty, they shouldn’t let customers to stay."

"Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food ."

"From the pictures, this property looked super cute and the price was affordable. Upon arrival, we were very shocked to find the condition of the hotel was not the same as the pictures. We were sent to our room which was located on the far side of the property facing the busy street. Once we got into our room, which we kind of felt like we were in the wrong part of town. "There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information.
