The breakfast was delicious and the cook was very accommodating and friendly. All the staff cleaning in the morning were happy and welcoming! This hotel lived up to its great ratings. "The rooms were very clean. Parking plentiful. Ms Q and Angel were nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating. Came in town for a funeral and got to hotel early. They let me do an early check in to get myself together and I really appreciate the hospitality. Employees like them make you wanna come back. My next trip in June I will surely be back. "

"Our electricity went out from a storm so we booked this last minute. Front desk was amazingly helpful. Place was clean and parking was easy. The breakfast was great as well."

"The room was nice however we had issues with the shower/tub as the water would not drain properly. Water would be stand still for a good couple of minutes before draining. Other wise than that we had no issues. "

"When we checked in, I spoke with Sai. He told me I could not leave my 8 pound chihuahua in the room alone. I explained I was there for cancer treatment and the dog would have to be left for 2 to 4 hours alone. He said if the dog barked they would call us. We had to come immediately and if not, animal control would be called and we would have to pay $250. Therefore, my husband could not go to treatment with me because of this. While I was there I spoke with other pet owners outside while...

"We got in very late, and the front desk was staffed, the room was very nice. Breakfast was great the next morning."

"Check in was a problem. Front desk could not find my reservation despite my showing the confirmation and receipt. They suggested I was at the wrong hotel despite seeing my confirmation. After several minutes he found me listed under my first name, not last name. Other issues - reservation stated breakfast included. However, the hotel charges a daily "Resort fee" of $15, which we were told is for breakfast and parking! Very shady, in my opinion, to tack on $15/day to park, and for really lousy...

"The entire property had overflowing trash cans that I never saw emptied in 3 days including food scraps on the sidewalk around the entrance. Room was ok but shower seemed like it could of used a good scrubbing as the walls and corners had orange/brown spots. My biggest issue was that after checking in and going to the room I realized that the Living/bed area had two lamps that were inoperative. I have bad eyes and need all the light I can get, I went down to the desk to ask for new light bulbs...

"It would be nice for the property to inform guest prior to booking that they will not be serving breakfast during your stay. Most travelers based their stays on this specific amenity and unfortunately they did not have it available. They said the kitchen was down/remodeling. This is inconvenient for guest who depend on this to leave on time from their property. "
