"I loved that there was a Starbucks down stairs and coffee was always made delicious and strong. There is a nice long great food and drink's. There was a funny smell in the hallways I think it was do to carpet but other than that great! Beds comfortable and so were the pillows. "

"We checked in after flying all day around 8pm. Within 30-40 minutes it was apparent the AC was not working in the room. It was 75 degrees and no airflow at all. We notified the desk and was informed that they had no maintenence available and no room available to move us to. Not because they were full but because they didn't have enough staff to clean all the rooms and no other rooms were clean. After another look around the room the door was missing the secondary deadbold door lock piece. A shelf from the closet was broken and laying on the floor The bathroom door had a large crack in it like it had been kicked in. Additionally was informed by front desk the backdoor of the property keycard bro Changed rooms the next day but the carpet had a large bubble in it right at the doorway which was a constant tripping issue. Housekeeping came and took the only two towels in the room and did not replace them. Which we didn't discover until 7:30 am dripping wet from a shower. When asked at the desk who we speak to about the issues and compensation they said the GM Monday morning. Which I went down at 8am to speak with and learned they don't come in until 10am. Asked for a call when they get in. No call. Called the hotel around 1p be told they are on the phone or unavailable. I asked what time they would leave for the day. Was told 4p. Called about 3:30p for the last attempt and was told by the desk clerk that came on at 3p they the GM was already gone for the day. "

"The breakfast was typical hotel fare. The coffee had a scorched taste as if had been heated for a long while. Didn’t use the pool."
