"1)did not tell us about the fact that we had a food credit. 2)did not tell us about the fact that there would not be any maid services unless requested which is not a big deal, but having coffee pods replenished was a big deal. 3) heating system did not work well on one of the days. room got to 80 degrees. "The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The older hotel had been updated and looks nice. The complimentary shuttle to opryland resort, mall, and venue is an added value though with a car you can drive to the resort or mall and park with the venue extremely close by the mall. I did feel it was overpriced but seems to be competitive with the area."
