"What I liked about the hotel is the how close everything felt to me. I was about a 10-15 minute ride to OpryMills Mall, Gaylord Opryland & Resort, and to downtown Nashville like (Broadway). I had a rental car and parking was free, its also convenient that a gas station is across the street. The room was nice and clean. It does seem like they made recent upgrades to the room. Was SHOCKED that the swimming pool closed at 7 p.m. Especially on a Saturday. Especially on 4th of July weekend. Like, huh?!? "While waiting for some time for the shuttle at the airport I called the hotel and asked how often do the shuttles run, I was informed that the shuttle service was down, when asked is there a back up shuttle they said it was best to call an Uber.
