"Hallways and breakfast area were hot and humid"

"Safety hazard. The light in the shower was dripping water, even though no one had a shower the morning it was dripping. I informed the front desk and they said thank you and apologized. Front desk staff were friendly. It was not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Could smell weed in the hallways."

"It's hard to "police" but when host multiple with company trucks suggesting to them, and even other travelers, parking allowing others to park in front of their respective room. Conveniently outside of Nashville downtown and close to the airport. "

"You get what you pay for here and it was an inexpensive solution to an unexpected stay. There are no frills but you didn't pay for any. I couldn't shower because my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and u was afraid to get in the shower. Office staff was super nice."

"People out in the parking lot smoking marijuana and people out walking all the the parking lot and hanging around their vehicles. Hard time finding room. My wife and I DID NOT feel safe. Will not recommend"

"The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The curtains were ripped, the room stank, the comforters had cigarette burns, the pillow cases had stains on them, the door looked like it had been kicked in. Very bad vibe, I ended up staying someplace else. The front workers were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again."

"This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

"Great location and value. I appreciated the newness of the hotel and nice decor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did not appreciate having to pay extra for parking at a location nowhere near downtown. It was stated that it was for the security hired to monitor the parking lot. Has the general safety of Nashville so degraded that this was necessary? We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again, the parking issue was just a surprise to me."

"The staff at this hotel are excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, they are carrying this property harder than any hotel staff should have to. The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment.
