"I was beyond pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. It was clean, conveniently located near several eating options and we even found a nail salon within walking distance to get a long overdue pedicure and manicure. The staff at this hotel was so friendly and accommodating. I LOVE to hang by a pool but didn't have much time for this during our stay. I did take advantage of a few pool hours one afternoon and it was amazing. You can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool, and this space was also well maintained and clean. I don't eat the standard American diet of 3 meals a day, but if you do, this hotel offers both a breakfast and a dinner, along with 3 drink tickets!! The icing on the cake is their free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. We attended a conference at the airport Hilton and they provided us friendly transportation every morning and evening! Without a doubt, I will stay here again!"

"Only 1 elevator working for entire hotel. I’m happy to take stairs, but there’s not a way to get to the first floor taking stairs. The door on the first floor only goes outside and there’s a sign saying that door will alarm if you open it. It’s a fire door. I ate breakfast there, it was a very small buffet, not much offered. The next morning I decided to eat out. The pool water was cold, but the kids didn’t mind and had fun. I loved the sound proof room! I slept very well. The mattress was good. I liked the refrigerator in the room and optional microwave and safe. They didn’t have walk in showers unless you book a handicap room. The windows in the rooms need to be cleaned on the outside. It was difficult to see outside my window because of the dust/dirt. The staff were friendly and professional from the desk clerks to maintenance to housekeeping and dining staff. I spent 2 nights. "

"Room was clean and very nice looking. Staff was polite and easy to check in and check out. We did not get to have the breakfast because we checked out too early to catch our flight but the bar on the 10th floor was nice. Beautiful views but very small menu. There is an option for everyone if you like small bites or bar style food. The view is definitely worth it though. Would come back again. "

"Worst stay ever. We checked into the room and found bed bugs walking on the bed. Immediately walked down to the lobby and was moved to another room. The bed springs has someone’s puke stained, it was absolutely nasty room. I would never recommend this place. If the rooms are this nasty, they shouldn’t let customers to stay."
