"Great place to stay! The room is clean and feels brand new. Conveniently located near the train station, in a quiet area we really enjoyed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Ginza shopping district is only about a 15-minute walk away."
"Nice and very convenient to Tsukiji market (one block), one block from bus, and 3 minute from metro. Very nice 15 minute to Ginza area and all amenities accessible with short, fun walk. Staff are very good and helpful! "
"Perfect hotel for a short stay. Clean and modern with a late night restaurant so food and drink available. I even had a robot deliver water to my room! I stayed in the premium room which was spacious and had all the amenities for a city break. Ginza location is perfect for shopping (3 min walk) and plenty of restaurants nearby. Ginza metro station is also ideal for getting around the city. Would absolutely stay again! "

It’s in an excellent location with good transport connections to anywhere around Tokyo yet felt calmer than lots of the other districts we visited.
Loved the convenience of the hotel and extra touches such as the robes, laundry facilities and kitchen area so we could eat in the shared dining space and don’t always have to eat out.
The staff were always really helpful.

"The hotel is a superb choice to visit Tokyo. Easy access to metro and JR lines (1 stop to Tokyo station, 3 to Akihabara etc) yet very quiet and safe area nice to return after a busy day! The room exactly as photo. Easy check in (receive a code for doors) and check out. Very nice and helpful people. Highly recommended! "
"Hotel absolutely amazing, design spot on. Staff very courteous and friendly. Beds really comfortable and bed linen used isvof high quality. Lounge wear/ pyjamas provided with Japanese inspired slippers a grest touch. Location is perfect for Ginza and is in a very quiet residential area.Slight negatives breakfast room food area is a bit crowded considering the size of the hotel, breakfast bread rolls cold , nowhere to toast or warm up. Kids running and playing around the communal hallways at...

"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
"Very old and outdated room interior. Small room also. There is a small glass window in the room but it is frosted so we can’t see anything outside. It gives me a feeling we are inside a cubicle.
