"The hotel is old and decrepit … the rooms are old, beds uncomfortable and the gardens are not attended to. The breakfasts are awful, with canned fruits and scrambled eggs that can bounce off the floor… bacon is overcooked … it’s a mess… and the hotel is run-down"
