However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. Nonetheless, this is my third visit to Alicante, and this is the best price-to-quality ratio in the area for a 3-star hotel. Very safe and conveniently located near the beach. "Stayed here last year and returned this year. Beautiful Hotel with outstanding breakfast. Within 200 yards of stunning beach . Lovely pool although loungers could do with renewing but that's me being picky. You won't go wrong at this Hotel ."

"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"
