"Ample parking. Friendly, helpful staff. A good breakfast and a very enjoyable evening meal. The room and premises was immaculately clean. There is no lift to the rooms, we didnt need this, but it might be an issue for some. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay."

"An older property, but well maintained and fully functional. 1st floor rooms had sloping ceiling which impacted space a little. Adjacent to a very popular BBQ restaurant, which meant busy car parking area. Hotel on a lake with long walks possible on paved walkways, complete with abundant aquatic fowl to watch."

"The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. "

"We arrived quite late for just one night. The check in was simple and staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. We had food with us and the fridge in the room was a great addition. Plates, cutlery, glasses all in the room, in addition to tea and coffee for the morning. We had a family room and both rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and so our sleep was not disturbed. Would be happy to return should we be back in the area. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant...

"I really enjoyed the hotel's location. It was close to just about everything in Milton Keynes, especially the shopping centre and the nearby walking areas, which I loved exploring. However, the hotel itself felt a bit dated, particularly the rooms. Given the price and the photos online, I was expecting something a little more modern and updated. Overall, though, it was a decent stay and the excellent location made up for some of the shortcomings."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view was beautiful. The onsite pub and restaurant had just closed down , which meant a walk alongside the lake which was only a few minutes, to the pub restaurant next to a Premier inn. There was a lot of activity on the lake when we arrived and other activities advertised on site. This was only a stopover for us but was pleasant "

"Very low toilets,,I wonder how people with disabilities use them and able to stand up!! Terrible,,you would think they designed the loos for little kids!"
