"Very disappointing experience. United Airlines cancelled our SFO–PSP flight, which was our final connection from the UK, meaning we had no way of making the stay. While we understand the room was non-refundable, we weren’t asking for a refund, only a date change given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t willing to help at all, which felt quite inflexible and unsympathetic. Because of this, it’s very unlikely we would consider staying here again."

"Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept. The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant. "

"This was bare bones enough for one night but the room we got had one working lamp for lighting up the whole room. Upstairs person was very noisy walking around. AC worked fine thankfully."

"I love the boutique hotel experience at the Parker so much. Its lively, elegant and very Palm Springs. The service staff from valets to housekeeping to bartenders and servers are beyond expectations. Everytime. The pools are fantastic. Great food and beverages available poolside (frozen fresh lemonade is a must!). The music at the adult pool is also a nice touch. You could easily plan a trip and not leave the property it is so well curated and operated. The dining is five stars and should not be missed. If you do want to explore, I love the location right in the middle of the valley so shopping and dining are all close by. "

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."
