"The amenities are great, but the pool is way too small for the amount of people and it is beyond frustrating to see empty cabanas with people sitting in office chairs. The pool staff was friendly, but they never cleaned up dirty dishes and rarely came around the pool, inexplicably because they would make a lot in tips. Overall, it was ok. Food was good, service was average to bad and pool not managed well. Clearly not a customer obsessed organization. I would stay elsewhere next time I go to SD."

"I didn't pay attention to the details, I booked it online and just assumed it was a regular hotel. There was no human interaction, and the only thing I could do is call a number that a guy answered like it was his personal cell phone. The place was extremely loud all night, not in a great neighborhood and the room door was see-through glass so anyone walking by could see into my room."
