"Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and beds comfortable. It was a short overnight stay but very refreshing!!! Would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning myself. The location and surrounding stores and restaurants are also excellent!! May God continue to Bless the Hotel, it's Staff and Guest!! "

"Terrible service. They showed us 3 different rooms and all were completely dirty. First room was littered with cigarettes , second room hasn’t even been cleaned yet and had beer cans, stained bed with sheets on the floor and trash. Third room was filled with bugs. If you need to find a “lady of the night” there was plenty women standing out front asking for a “good time”. Lots of second 8 people and housing. Unsafe for anyone"

"I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. "

"The pictures are deceiving. This is a FILTHY place and management is terrible. I booked for 2 nights. I checked in and gave me my room key. I went in the room and it was filthy dirty. I went back to the office to let then know. They gave me another room which was also as filthy dirt as the 1st one. This one had a musty order. The parking space was full of cigarettes butts. I had asked for a non-smoking room. I went back to the office and asked for a refund which he agreed. Since I had booked...

"This property is thoughtfully laid out and great for a large group or family. It's clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The four rooms are large, with plenty of beds. Loved the kitchen layout. It's close to all the great attractions in downtown San Antonio. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner by the staff. Would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises. It had everything we needed for a home away from home."

"This is not a 3 start Hotel. They don’t clean your room while you are there does not matter how many days. No new towels or toilet papers if you don’t ask or go get it… a lot of bugs"
