"Clean room, great bed"

"Breakfast literally consist of just little packages of things like honey buns , little packages four count white donts , or other little prepackaged things , not a real breakfast at all... The room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was nonsmoking supposedly , and the a c did not work well at all ... when we asked for extea.towels hclaied, that they do not give extra towels...and we where swimming like started at 8:58 pm.the pool.says.online, pool.closes.at.10pm... and posted.on...

"There were bed bugs. My husband was bit all over his body. We are still struggling with him having pain and itchiness all over the body. "

"Showed up at 7 pm, looked like the property was closed. The office wasn’t staffed, walked around and couldn’t find anyone, there was only 1 car in the whole parking lot. I had to go to the hotel next door to inquire about another room, I told her I had a reservation next door but nobody was there, she then makes a phone call and says the office person will be back in a few minutes. "No alarm clock, tissues, cups, towels old and thin, toilet seat ready to fall off, no blanket on bed just sheet and thin thin spread. Came in to take towels and left bed unmade, next day bed made but no towels. Very very basic. Would not stay again"

"I was charged before we arrived even though I picked the pay at hotel option. I was also charged a $100 deposit which wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand. The room was supposed to be a suite with a sofa bed but was not. The first room they had us in reeked of cigarette smoke but the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. We were moved to another room. "The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless. The parking area and e tire property is very well lit at night with cameras. I felt very safe here. I would stay here again!"

"I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. "

"We visited San Antonio for my best friends Air Force graduation. I don’t care for the area. It’s near a cemetery & I love things that are spooky. So, that was cool. The area was not bad at all. Didn’t have any issues. The home is gorgeous, very spacious & was very clean. I love how each room was laid out. You have what you need to make your own meals. The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there & would recommend it. My husband was not able to make it out with us this time but next...
