"Very nice and the staff were exceptional. Our room was extremely dusty especially the blinds to the balcony. A bathroom light was flickering and the shower head leaked. Great place just not quiet 5 stars. "

Immediately took a video and went to the front desk staff who was unhelpful. Decided to leave the hotel after that. Expedia was extremely useful to get a refund and video evidence helped."

There were knives and two spoons but no forks in my kitchen One arm of the office chair was torn to shreds as was one of the curtains in the bedroom. The drain in the bathroom sink was closed and the stopper lever missing so I had to use a knife from the kitchen to open it. The towels at the base of the door to room 225 (there during my entire visit) suggests the room is being treated for something. As a woman...
