"Our bathroom sink was clogged and the shower had mold in it. The toliet handle was breaking. They fixed what they could, but I won't be going back. I expected there to be a better quality of room for what we paid."

Immediately took a video and went to the front desk staff who was unhelpful. Decided to leave the hotel after that. Expedia was extremely useful to get a refund and video evidence helped."
