Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. "I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! "

"A truly wonderful stay over the festive period. The new spa is lovely and room 452 was SO quiet and spacious, highly recommended. The only downside which I pointed out two years ago is that the shower lets the room down as it’s not powerful enough and looks dated too. A short taxi ride or lovely walk into the centre with everything you could wish for. Please note valet parking is £39.50 and the Soa £45 per person in addition to the room. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid.
