"Fabulous stay in Lisbon! The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The one thing that I really missed in our room were closets. The area for hanging and folded clothing was insufficient for two people. This hotel is in a quiet part of the city, which we liked, but it’s something to be aware of. With Lisbon being so compact it was not at all an issue."

"It was an okay room, a bit on the smaller side but fine, basically just a bed and a bathroom. I did not like the air-conditioning we used it for a couple of hours and then turned it on before sleeping, since it made a lot of cracking noises. I woke up in the middle of the night because of water dripping in the room. It wasn't just an occasional drip but a continuous ones which also made our things placed under the AC unit wet. I'm not sure why that happened since it was even off but the unit...

"Had an absolutely magnificent stay. Staff were extremely helpful with everything from the moment you checked in, until the time you checked out. Every question you asked was answered. They helped you with your luggage, concierge type services from travel suggestions and travel plans, to surrounding restaurants and places or things to do during your stay. "We stayed for 8 nights in a suite. There were 3 people in the room. It was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the pool, especially since it was hot most afternoons. The location was great and felt very safe. It was a short walk to the metro, lots of restaurants near by, and we could easily walk to other areas of town. We would not hesitate to stay here again. "Great clean hotel good location and beautiful public areas. Great comfy bed and black out blinds, hotel felt a bit dead the restaurant and bar were always practically deserted which gave a flat atmosphere which is a shame. Small balcony was a great addition and amazing views from the 9th floor. Stayed for nine nights and our room was only cleaned once which could be better also the toiletries (shower gel, hand wash etc) are really watered down! 🙄"

Everything worked well and the rooftop pool was a wonderful place to relax. The breakfast was an additional charge but excellent as well, with countless options.
