"Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The staff was really nice, it was the best part, the room was okay, the trash cans were small, they dont have water in bottle for breakfast or in the room, you have to pay for it, the homes around dont feel that safe and is a good 20 minutes walk from the hotel to Niagara falls."

"Very bad customer service. Employees are not nice not professional. ( especially front desk employees) I asked one extra towel they said why ? .Room was leaking I complained. I’m not recommended."

"The hotel room was clean. The complementary water bottle was completely empty. Our door was very difficult to shut. The bathroom door was also problematic. The bathroom was humid/damp and stayed that way for the 24 hour stay. Overall for the price, it could have been much better."

"Not what was expected. Room (2 queen beds) was small, not enough light, not cleaned well, stained chairs. Since it is a motel and have outside doors, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. We had to cut our stay and move to another hotel. Stuff was nice, helpful and friendly. We had no problems to get refund for the remaining of days that we did not use. Outside property look nice with small clean pool."

"The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Used soap in the shower, long hair hanging off of the shower curtain, broken and moldy tiles. I could list many more things. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms above and from the hallway. DO NOT stay here!"

"The room was clean but rundown. Drape on window was falling off on one end. Paint in bathroom was peeling. We had to ask for towels every day of our 3 day stay. Bed was comfortable, location was convenient. Price through Expedia was lowest in Niagara Falls but you get what you pay for. Air conditioner was loud but it worked. Would not stay there again."
