"Hotel under construction Call before you book here 6 am nail gun going off every morning. Restaurants are closed except one. Know before you go Staff were amazing and best part of our trip as was the sunny weather. and the water park was great if that’s your thing. Expedia site is misleading as they don’t tell you about the construction renovations and restaurants being closed. I would stay here again but not until they finish Reno’s and fix all of the broken things (elevator ice machine) etc. "

"This did NOT meet my expectations of a Towneplace Suites. I've stayed at a number of them and this wasn't anywhere near the quality of the others. The building was old and run down. Carpet worn down and faded, bathtub was stained and broken. I asked for my room to be made up two days in a row and it only happened PARTIALLY one time. I specifically asked that the bed be made and all I got was a fresh set of towels. There was a water line break while I was there, so for one full day there was no water. Their rates were WAY too high for putting up with all of this. I do NOT recommend this place!"
