"This was my second stay at this property and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is easy to reach. The complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. The onsite bar is upscale and service was excellent. The location is very walkable and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants. "Nice location, safe area, free parking, nice kitchen, washer/dryer free, comfortable bed, quiet room, clean bathroom and apartment, Great communication from Amit, walkable to Beale Street 30 minutes, 5-7 minutes drive to all attractions, kroger and Walgreens 5 minutes drive, plenty of hot water, heating and air-condition worked well. Great value for the price. I will stay again. "

"Cool room! Reminded me of a NYC flat apartment. Very clean. Staff was super nice! Absolutely no issues. We were in Memphis for a dance competition at the Renasant Convention center and this hotel was easy to navigate to/from the convention center. "

"The property was super clean and in a convenient location! The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Lunesia was the front desk receptionist that checked us in. She was so kind and genuine! She waived the early check in fee so we could park and walk over to Beale St. I high recommend this hotel if you are heading to Memphis. Lunesia was the best! "

"The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience."

"Staff was amazing I was there in Memphis for my grandma funeral and they treated me sooo well even tho my visit was a sad occasion they made sure me and my son was safe and welcome there was a dog barking on the middle of the day and the staff got right on it move me to a different room and was very helpful. I left earlier then book due to not feeling well and the evening guy that work Saturday showed me how to use a Lyft to get me back to Amtrak insured me & my son was safe i never traveled...
